We are so excited that 2021 will finally see the development of our disused cellar into a fabulous Resettlement Suite.

Hebron House was built in the early 1900’s and as with many buildings this age it features an old cellar, which has never been usable, suffering from damp and disrepair. However, through a combination of grants and the generous support of donors, we now have the capital to deliver the cellar refurbishment project, turning it from a derelict space into a usable space.

Building works are scheduled to begin in the Spring for completion by the end of the year and the project will be managed by our CEO, Emma Pawsey, along with Trustee, Nigel Chapman, who brings to the Board years of experience in project management.

Once completed, the Resettlement Suite will feature external doors for separate access, an office and meeting space, en-suite facilities and storage. This fabulous new space will give our resettlement team a dedicated space to welcome clients and help with anything including benefits, debts and housing, as well as mentoring and helping to manage transition from our move-on house.
